Raising children is hard, but raising children while solo parenting because your spouse is actively deployed is a hard that few actually understand.

Coming from a family of Veterans and marrying a man in the US Navy, I have a tremendous amount of respect for not only for those who serve, but also for those that keep their home a place worth fighting for.

This is one of the reasons why my favorite families to work with are those where one or more parents are actively serving our country. If you're exhausted, missing your partner, and secretly wishing for some part of your day to get easier while on the surface holding it all together — I see you.

Operation Sweet Dreams

Military Assistance Program

Every family deserves rest — especially those who serve. Operation Sweet Dreams is my way of giving back to active-duty military families by offering one family each month access to personalized sleep consulting at a greatly reduced rate. This program provides full sleep support for only the $200 deposit, helping families find rest, balance, and connection during the demanding seasons of parenthood and service life

If you or your partner are currently serving in the military and your family is struggling with sleep, we’d love to support you. Apply below to be considered for this month’s Operation Sweet Dreams family. Each month, one applicant is selected to receive comprehensive sleep consulting for a fraction of the usual cost — because every family deserves the chance to rest, recover, and thrive together.
