Maybe the exhaustion, the sleepless nights, or the weight of constant worries have left you feeling disconnected. Maybe motherhood feels foreign—like something you’ve witnessed your whole life, yet now somehow feels unfamiliar.

I didn't think it would be so hard.

Well, I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be hard.

And when I say this, I’m speaking as a mom of two who has not only thought all of those things (and more), but also as someone who has dragged herself out of the massive and uncomfortable hole of isolation, sleepless nights, and intrusive thoughts to a place of freedom, confidence, and joy.

I know firsthand how daunting it feels—when anxiety takes over, when sleep deprivation makes everything heavier, and when it seems like no one else is going through what you’re going through.

But here’s the truth: restful nights, calmer days, and confidence in your motherhood are absolutely possible.

Through holistic sleep counseling and postpartum behavioral health coaching, I help mothers move from exhaustion and overwhelm to balance, peace, and joy.

The transition into motherhood is a big deal.
